The Mona Shores Sailors defeated the host Muskegon Big Reds in straight sets, 25-12, 25-11, 25-11 in a OK Black Conference volleyball match Thursday evening. 
Mona Shores was led by Ryleigh Wehler with eight aces and two kills.
Ann Veenstra had four Aces and seven digs, Madison Dunn contributed 12 kills and Kennedy Potts dished out 12 assists and had three kills.
Haley Gartland and Courtney Dunn added three kills each for Mona Shores.
The Sailors moved their overall record to 17-8 and 3-0 in conference play.
The Sailors will compete on Saturday at the East Grand Rapids Tourney.
