The Jayhawks took a 2-0 lead five minutes later on a goal from Amanda Skidmore.
MCC scored the next three goals in a span of three minutes before halftime.
Kortnie Heinig scored two of the goals, while Katilin Richardson added a goal.
Paige Baustert closed out the scoring with the lone second half goal for the Jayhawks on a corner kick.
The Jayhawks are now 6-3 on the season.
