Olivia Grimmer led the Lakers with 15 kills, while Alli Pennington had 32 digs and Abby Moe added five blocks and 30 assists.

The Lakers are now 15-15-1 on the season and 4-1 in Lakes 8 play.

Kent City won both of its matches over Tri-County (2-0) and Spring Lake.

The Eagles were led by Kassidy Heeringa with 10 kills, Meghan Boyd with 30 digs and Blaire Mortensen with 21 assists.

Kent City is 28-7 on its season and 7-0 in league play.
