Red Wings 4, Blues 3 (OT)-Teemu Pulkkinen’s overtime goal with 19 seconds left led the Detroit Red Wings over the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night.

Pavel Datsyuk and Luke Glendening each scored their first goal of the season for Detroit.

Detroit’s goaltender Jimmy Howard picked up the overtime victory, stopping 30 of 33 shots.

The Red Wings are now 11-8-2 on the season, good for 24 points and third place in the Atlantic Division.

Wizards 97, Pistons 95– The Washington Wizards contained Andre Drummond and the Pistons on Saturday night in a winning effort.

Drummond fell short of a double-double for Detroit for the first time this season, he had eight points and 13 rebounds.

Reggie Jackson led the Pistons with 20 points, while Marcus Morris and Ersan Ilyasova each added 18 points.

The Pistons are now 7-6 on the season, good for fourth place in the Central Division.

Detroit will travel to take on the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday night.
