Muskegon’s Mardekia Cook shot the game-winning 3-point basket with 2.5 seconds to play.

Oakridge fell short in its comeback attempt, going on a 24-15 run after trailing 40-28 after three quarters.

The Big Reds were led by Cook with 25 points and Tierra Williams with 12.

Oakridge’s Hannah Reinhold led all scorers with 27 points while Sophia Wiard added 13 points.
