Lucas Schumm’s 9-for-10 performance at the free throw line in the fourth quarter propelled the Whitehall boys basketball team over Mason County Central 52-46 in a West Michigan Conference
contest on Thursday.
Schumm led the Vikings with 17 points, while Keenan Aylor had 11 points and C.J. Watson added seven points and nine rebounds.
The Spartans were led by Austin Tindall with 21 points.
The Vikings are now 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in league play.
