The game was tied 24-24 at halftime, and the Big Reds held a slim 38-35 lead after three quarters. But they scored 24 points in the final quarter, led by Goliday’s nine points, to put away for the win.

Goliday totaled 13 points. Michael Littlejohn led Muskegon with 17 points, four assists and a pair of steals while Linwood Lee scored 13 points and had seven assists and six rebounds.

Michael Peterson paced Rockford with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
