The Eagles led 26-16 at halftime, then opened up their lead in the second half. Oakridge had 24 steals in the contest.

Hannah Reinhold led the Eagles with 29 points 10 rebounds while Sophia Wiard added 16 points, eight steals and five assists.

The Wildcats were led by Sydney Stine with eight points and Emma Flagstead with seven points and seven rebounds.

REETHS-PUFFER 58, FRUITPORT 41– The Rockets (3-0) were led by Elysia Mattos with 24 points, six steals and five assists while Delaney Bolles added 19 points, nine rebounds and five steals. Iyana Brown led the Trojans with 19 points.

GRANDVILLE CALVIN CHRISTIAN 49, WESTERN MICHIGAN CHRISTIAN 43 – Calvin Christian’s senior guard Rachel Hofman hit six free throws down the stretch to help her team seal the win. She finished with a game-high 13 points. The Warriors (2-1) were led by junior Katelyn Wright with 10 points. Sophomore forward Aubrey Goorman added eight points, six rebounds and six assists while junior guard Cassie Kingma had five rebounds and four assists.

CALEDONIA 40, GRAND HAVEN 21 – The Bucs’ offense sputtered all night long, especially in a second quarter in which Grand Haven scored just one point. The Bucs trailed 19-6 at the half. Anna LoMonaco led Caledonia with 14 points.

HOLTON 33, NEWAYGO 28 – The Red Devils were outscored 13-7 in the fourth quarter but were still able to hold on for a victory. Holton (1-1) was led by Mikaela Baker with eight points while Courtney Slater had 13 rebounds for the Red Devils. Newaygo was led by Kylee Chesley with 15 points.
