The Big Reds solidified the victory with a 21-8 fourth quarter run.
Linwood Lee, Michael Littlejohn and Jermane Golidy paced Muskegon with 11 points apiece.
The Big Reds outrebounded Union 30-17 and had 12 steals throughout the contest.
