The Lakers, now 9-2 overall and 5-0 in the league, held MCC to eight points in the first half.

Cameron Ball led the Lakers (9-2, 5-0) with 16 points while Keegan George added 12 points and eight rebounds.

Christian Martinez and Nate Jones each had eight points for the Crusaders (3-8, 1-4).

LUDINGTON 53, FREMONT 36 – Ludington outscored the Packers 15-3 during the second quarter and never let up in Lakes 8 action. Andrew Jones paced the Orioles with 12 points while Jared Collins added 11 points and Josh Laman grabbed eight rebounds. The Packers were led by Nate Hoffman with nine points.

TRI-UNITY CHRISTIAN 54, WESTERN MICHIGAN CHRISTIAN 42 – The Defenders (8-2) jumped out to a 36-20 halftime lead and ruined the Warriors’ homecoming game. Braydon Sherrod scored 16 to lead Tri-Unity. Nate Dugener and Jared Varando had 10 points each for WMC, which dropped to 4-7.

KENT CITY 51, HESPERIA 39 – Kent City used a strong 16-7 third quarter to pull away from Hesperia. Kent City (6-5, 5-1) was led by Luke Scheuneman with 13 points while the Panthers (8-5, 3-3) were led by Nate McKeown with 13 points.

WEST OTTAWA 52, GRAND HAVEN 41 – The Bucs (9-4, 3-2) rolled into West Ottawa looking to end the Panthers undefeated season, but came up short. Tyler Bosma stole the show, scoring 22 points for the Panthers (11-0, 4-0). John Wehrmeyer added another 10 points in the winning effort. The Buccaneers were led by Zac Holman with 13 points and Clayton Landsman with eight.
