Red Wings 3, Sabres 0 – The Red Wings goaltender Petr Mrazek picked up his third shutout win of the season, stopping all 19 shots on Friday night against the Buffalo Sabres.

The Red Wings are now 24-15-8 on the season, good for 56 points and a second place tie in the Atlantic Division.

Detroit will head home to host the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday night.
