Pistons 103, Nets 89 – The Detroit Pistons jumped out to a quick lead, then finished strong on Saturday night against the Brooklyn Nets.
The Pistons outscored the Nets 33-23 during the first quarter and closed the game with a 31-23 fourth quarter run.
Andre Drummond scored 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for Detroit, while Reggie Jackson added 23 points and eight assists.
The Nets were led by Brook Lopez with 19 points, while Donald Sloan added 15 points from off the bench.
The Pistons are now 21-16 on the season, good for a seventh seed in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Detroit will have a couple of days off before hosting the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night.
