Mona Shores hockey team tops Rockford for conference win

Mona Shores used a heavy advantage in shots to top visiting Rockford 5-2 on Friday at the Lakeshore Sports Centre. 
The Sailors out shot the Rams 39-23 as Connor Edlund, Sawyer Jensen and Zach Tilden each tallied a goal and an assist in the win.
Spencer Anderson and Elijah Wilson added goals for Mona Shores while Brandon Ledyard and Tyler LaPoint each posted assists.
