Dylan VanderZwaag scored 15 points and Garrett Eisenlohr added 11 as Hart downed Mason County Eastern 60-39 on Thursday in boys basketball.
The Pirates which helped their own cause by hitting 11 of 17 free throws. Nine of 11 Pirates scored in the victory.
WHITEHALL 71, MORLEY STANWOOD 54 – Whitehall finished out the regular season with a non-conference victory. Keenan Aylor paced the Vikings (16-4, 12-2) with 22 points and eight rebounds while Lucas Schumm added 18 points.
MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 50, MANISTEE 41 – Mitch Lange led the Spartans with 15 points, nine rebounds and three assists. Blake Bladzik and Austin Tyndall added nine points apiece.
KENT CITY 43, MONTAGUE 40 – Luke Scheuneman scored 15 points for Kent City, which improved to 12-7. Merritt Hamann had 13 points and Jacob Buchberger each added 10 for Montague, which finished the regular season with a 9-11 record.
HOLTON 45, FRUITPORT CALVARY CHRISTIAN 27 – Will Dukes and Zach Zehr each scored nine points for Calvary.
