Pistons 112, Wizards 99– The Pistons clinched their first playoff berth in seven years following a victory over the Washington Wizards on Friday night.

Detroit, which has two games left in its regular season, will either face Toronto or Cleveland in the Eastern Conference first round next week.

The Pistons jumped out to a 39-25 lead after the first quarter, led 62-55 at halftime and had a slim 86-84 advantage after three quarters.

Detroit closed the game with a strong 26-15 fourth quarter run to seal the win.

Reggie Jackson paced the Pistons with a game-high 39 points and nine assists while Tobias Harris added 17 points and nine rebounds.

The Wizards were led by Markieff Morris with 29 points while Bradley Beal chipped in with 25.

Detroit will play its final regular season home game on Tuesday against the Miami Heat.
