The Oakridge softball team defeated Hart 14-3 in a West Michigan Conference game on Monday.
The Eagles remain undefeated with a 13-0 record.
Oakridge was led by Sophia Wiard with a double, triple and two singles, while Hannah Reinhold had a two-run home run and Alyssa Fessenden chipped in with a double.
The Eagles’ starting pitcher Kayla Fessenden picked up the win, allowing three runs on two hits in five innings while striking out seven batters.
The game was a scheduled doubleheader, but Game 2 was postponed during the second inning due to lightning.
