Ravenna and Kent City split a doubleheader in non-league softball on Thursday.
Ravenna won the opener 4-3 while Kent City took the nightcap 13-9.
In Game 1, Ravenna’s Alyssa Slade had 2 hits, including a double, and scored three runs.
Madi Broton also collected 2 hits and got the win on the mound
In Game 2, Kent City scored 5 runs in the top of the seventh to take the lead and held on for the victory.
