The Fruitport softball team cruised past Ludington 9-3 in a Lakes 8 game on Friday.
The Trojans scored six unanswered runs to break a 3-3 tie, scoring two runs in the fifth inning and four in the sixth.
Aurora Wilks led Fruitport with two hits and three RBIs while Brooklyn Samlow chipped in with two hits.
Wilks also pitched the victory, allowing three runs on four hits in seven innings while striking out three batters.
