Miranda Unger pitched a complete game for the Pirates, allowing three hits and striking out seven hitters in the loss on Monday, while Lauryn Tanner and Unger each paced the Pirates’ offense with two hits.

On Tuesday, Baylee Draper led the offense with five hits combined in the doubleheader, while Ali Altland had a combined four hits, including a home run and triple in Game 1.

Unger picked up both wins on the mound on Tuesday, as she allowed a total of just five hits in a combined seven innings of work.
