The Hart softball team defeated White Cloud 12-2 in Division 3 pre-district action on Tuesday night.
The Pirates will face Montague in the district semifinals on Saturday at Shelby.
Miranda Unger picked up the win on the mound for the Pirates, striking out 13 batters while walking one and scattering five hits.
Hart’s offense had a total of 17 hits with Haley Must leading the way with four hits and three RBIs while Lauryn Tanner added three hits and five RBIs.
Baylee Draper also chipped in with three hits and two RBIs for the Pirates, while Hannah Brown and Unger each had two hits.
