The WMCC and Ludington softball teams split a doubleheader on Friday.
WMCC defeated the Orioles 5-1 in the opening game, Ludington responded with a 4-2 victory in the nightcap.
In Game 1, WMCC was led by Hannah Nestell with two hits and an RBI while Haylee Moser and Emily Rauch chipped in with two hits apiece.
Moser pitched the win for WMCC, allowing one run on eight hits while striking out three batters in seven innings.
The Orioles were led by Alex Wright and Breanna Lange with two hits each while Rachael Collins had an RBI.
In Game 2, Ludington was led by Stephanie Sniegowski with three RBIs while Lange chipped in with two hits.
Ryan Makowicki picked up the win for the Orioles, one earned run on six hits in seven innings.
WMCC was led by Catherine Bradford with two hits.
