The two-round event will tee off at 9:45 a.m. with registration running from 8-9 a.m. Entrants can preregister for free at discgolfscene.com and by searching for McGraft Open.

The PDGA-sectioned event is being hosted by Lumberjack Discs out of Grand Rapids and is sponsored by Sweet Spot Disc Golf, located at 678 W. Laketon Ave. in Muskegon.

There is a cash payout for the Open and Masters division winners and the amateur winners get Sweet Spot “funny money.”

“Since it’s at McGraft, amateur winners can come into our store and have a selection of over 6,000 discs and other items to spend their funny money on,” said Sweet Spot owner Don Jensen. who is in his fourth year of operating his shop.
