Pitcher Beau Burrows earned his fifth win of the season for the Whitecaps, giving up two hits and two earned runs while striking out five.

Closer Gerson Moreno garnered his tenth save of the year, striking out the side in the ninth inning.

Madox led West Michigan at the plate with three RBIs and Derek Hill posted three hits, three runs and a stolen base.
