The North Muskegon boys soccer team captured the championship of the season-opening Kalamazoo Hackett tournament on Saturday by winning a pair of games.
The Norse beat Vicksburg 6-0 and Berrien Springs 5-0.
Justice Sikkema led North Muskegon on the day with five goals and an assist. Dylan Hoffman added three goals and two assists while Spencer Mueller had two goals and Brody Hoffman added one.
Goalies Ian Collins and Zach Massey split halves in both games and combined for the shutouts. North Muskegon is now 2-0 on the season.
