Ludington led 12-6 after one quarter, then took control by outscoring the Tigers 36-10 in the second and third quarters.

The Orioles had a big 441-143 edge in total yards, including a 330-147 advantage in rushing.

Quarterback Jared Collins led Ludington with 166 yards on 25 carries. Sam LaDuke had four receptions for 92 yards.

Jalen Harris paced the Muskegon Heights offense with 62 yards on three carries while Martel Love had 41 yards on four carries.

DeJarion Blackshire led the Tiger defensive effort with eight solo tackles and two assists. Tydrekus Purnell and Jerry Anderson each had seven solo tackles and two assists.

Ludington improved to 4-1 overall and 2-1 in conference play. Muskegon Heights fell to 1-4 overall and 0-2 in the Lakes 8.
