The Mona Shores tennis team defeated Grand Rapids Union 7-1 on Tuesday in O-K Black Conference action.
Winning their matches for the Sailors were Andrew Swirczek (No. 1 singles), Nick Davis (No. 3 singles), Nick DeBruin and Koby Gossett (No. 1 doubles), Zach Davis and Connor Belanger (No. 2 doubles), Nick Engle and Dustin Hammerle (No. 3 doubles) and Chase Davignon and Chris Horvath (No. 4 doubles).
Mona Shores’ Austin Grimm won the No. 4 singles match by default. The Sailors are now 2-0-1 in conference action.
