The Sailors finished with 13 points while Northview took second with eight points and Zeeland West was third with three.
Dustin Hammerle and Chris Horvath paced the Sailors with a win in doubles while Austin Grimm fought back to win a three-set singles match, 1-6, 6-3, 11-9.
