The Muskegon Catholic volleyball team opened its Lakes 8 Conference play with a 3-0 win over Manistee on Tuesday night.
The Crusaders, who improved to 7-8-1 on the season overall, won by set scores of 25-14, 25-15 and 25-11.
Lauren Doriot paced Muskegon Catholic with 15 kill and four aces while Zoie Price added seven kills and seven digs.
Amelia Hemminger chipped in with 28 assist for the Crusaders and Abby Zelenka had seven digs.
