The Muskegon Heights football team fell to Grand Rapids West Catholic 48-20 on Thursday night in a non-league game.
The Tigers, who were down 7-0, scored a touchdown on a 60-yard pass from 
quarterback Clinton Walker to Jevontae Kendricks to cut their deficit to 7-6 with nine minutes left in the first quarter.
West Catholic responded by rattling off 35 unanswered points to take a 42-6 lead and control of the contest.
Muskegon Heights scored 14 points in the second half on touchdown passes from Walker to JaJuante Taylor (48 yards Taylor to Kendricks (35 yards).
West Catholic quarterback David Fox finished the night with four touchdown passes.
