The Holton football team fell to 2-6 on the season with a 40-8 loss to Evart on Friday in non-conference action. 
Evart led 20-0 at halftime and rolled from there.
Holton quarterback Blake Fialek found Tucker Zacharda for a scoring pass in the second half, providing the Red Devils with their only touchdown of the night.
Fialek was 10-fo-18 for 123 yards and Zacharda had five receptions for 53 yards.
Mason Butchart led the Holton defense with 14 tackles.
The Red Devils travel to North Muskegon next Friday for their final game of the season.
