Pistons 102, Knicks 89 – The Pistons strong defense in the fourth quarter led to a victory over the New York Knicks on Tuesday night.

LSJ Logo incertDetroit held the Knicks to 10 fourth quarter points and was led by Tobias Harris with 25 points.

Marcus Morris added 22 points for the Pistons while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope chipped in with 19.

Detroit’s Andre Drummond had a team-high 13 rebounds and Ish Smith contributed with eight assists.

The Pistons, who are now 3-1 on the season and currently on a three-game tear, led 32-29 after the first quarter, 64-55 at halftime and 86-79 through three quarters.Eye on the D

Detroit will head out on the road to face the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night looking to contain its winning streak.
