The Grant volleyball team won its sixth consecutive Class C district title on Thursday night with a three set victory over Newaygo.
Kylie Patton led the Tigers with 18 kills and two digs while Laura Bouwkamp added 11 kills and 11 digs. Sierra Schuitema chipped in with 37 assists, seven kills, four digs and two aces.
Grant, which is now 49-10-1 overall on the year, will face Grand Rapids West Catholic in the Class B regional semifinals at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Fremont High School.
