The Jayhawks went on the road and stomped Alpena Community College 84-58 on Saturday to improve their record to 4-1.Jayhawk

The Jayhawks jumped out to a quick 6-0 lead in the contest, and built a comfortable 43-26 advantage by halftime.

Every player on the team scored a point, with Mike Williams leading the way with 17 points. The victory was MCC’s third in four days.

“I thought we played hard from start to finish and was happy with the play from our bench,” said MCC Coach Dave Schlump. “I thought that was a big positive for us.”

MCC will visit the Adrian College JV on Dec. 2 and Owens Community College on Dec. 3.
