Pistons 121, Celtics 114 – The Pistons defeated the Boston Celtics on the road on Wednesday night to win their second straight game away from the Palace for the first time this season.

LSJ Logo incertDetroit led 31-28 after the first quarter, 59-53 at halftime and had a 92-84 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

The Pistons, who are now 10-10 on the season, were paced by Kentavious Caldwell Pope with 25 points while Tobias Harris added 21.

Andre Drummond chipped in with 20 points and 17 rebounds for Detroit and Ish Smith had a near triple-double with 19 points, eight assists and eight rebounds.Eye on the D

All five Pistons starters scored atleast 19 points during the contest.

The Celtics were led by Isaiah Thomas with a game-high 27 points while Kelly Olynyk contributed with 19 points off the bench.

The Pistons will closed out their four-game road trip on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks.
