The Shelby girls basketball team opened its West Michigan Conference season with a 61-3 lopsided victory over Ravenna on Friday night.
The Tigers were led by Jenny Beckman with 17 points and eight steals while Tori Mussell added 15 points and 19 rebounds.
Jaelyn Love chipped in with eight points and 10 rebounds for Shelby.
