The Muskegon Catholic wrestling squad posted a 1-1 record on Wednesday night in a home dual.

The Crusaders defeated Calvin Christian 42-15, then fell to Hesperia by a 55-24 margin.

Muskegon Catholic wrestlers who picked up victories were Gabriel Flood (119), Tiovani Knight (135), Nathaniel McKeown (145), Kameron Willer (152) and James Jordan III (160).

Ryder Smith (140), Jared Bengston (215) and Brock Johnson (285) each went 2-0 on the night for the Crusaders.

The Hesperia wrestlers that picked up wins were Jeremiah Hasty (171), Roy Bolan (189), Joey Sipple (103), Connor Baird (112), Logan Pearson (119), Collin Nielsen (125), Owen Kowalski (130), Zach Young (145), Trentyn Gleason (152) and Gerrit Yates (160).
