The Spring Lake girls basketball squad dropped a non-league game to East Grand Rapids by a 60-31 margin on Saturday.
The Lakers fell behind 27-1 after the first quarter, trailed 38-14 at halftime and were down 47-26 heading into the fourth quarter.
Reiko Johnson led Spring Lake with 12 points while Madeline Zenas added seven.
