The Whitehall boys basketball squad managed to stay unbeaten in West Michigan Conference play on Tuesday night.

The Vikings (10-2, 9-0) held on with a 59-55 victory against Shelby despite being outscored by a 19-13 margin during the final stanza.

Lucas Schumm led Whitehall with 24 points, while Brandon Rake added 14 and Drew Young chipped in with 13.

The Tigers (2-10, 1-8) were paced by Spencer Brown with 18 points, while Jonah Kelley contributed with 13 and Matt Felt had 10.

NORTH MUSKEGON 71, MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 64 – Riley Fairfield had a phenomenal 27-point and five rebound performance for the Norse on Tuesday night in West Michigan Conference action. Thomas Montgomery and Vernonell Smith each added 14 points for North Muskegon (7-5, 5-3), while Dalton Fuller chipped in with eight points.

OAKRIDGE 42, HART 27 – The Eagles (3-8, 3-4) jumped out to a 15-2 first quarter advantage and never looked back in a West Michigan Conference contest. TJ Ruel led Oakridge with 12 points while Drew Wilkerson added 11. The Pirates (4-7, 2-7) were led by Garrett Eisenlohr with 12 points.
