The Kent City boys basketball team let a fourth-quarter lead slip away, but still managed to squeak out a 46-45 non-league victory over Grand River Prep on Monday.

The Eagles led by 10 points with two minutes left in the game, then allowed Grand River Prep back in with missed free throws and turnovers.

Fraser Wilson led Kent City with 14 points while Hunter Nelson added 10.

The Eagles are now 10-4 on the season.
