The Muskegon Community College baseball squad dropped a doubleheader against Kellogg CC in Tuesday night.

The Jayhawks fell to Kellogg 18-9 in the opening game, then dropped the nightcap 22-1.

MCC is now 8-10-1 on the season and 0-4 in league play.

In Game 1, the Jayhawks were led offensively by Nate Bonter with three hits while Carson Hopman added three hits and two RBIs.

Brendan Kelly took the loss on the mound for MCC, allowing six earned runs on 11 hits.

In Game 2, four individual players had a single hit for the Jayhawks while pitcher Greg Park suffered the loss giving up eight runs on six hits in 1 2/3 innings.
