The Holton softball team swept Fremont on Tuesday, 16-5 and 18-0 in CSAA conference action. 
In Game 1, Holton (2-0) was led by Kaylie Piper and Morgan Murat with three hits apiece. Mikaela Baker got the win in the circle by tossing six innings and recording five strikeouts.
Game 2 ended after four innings due to the mercy rule. Haylee Brant and Piper each recorded three hits for Holton. Brant also pitched the win, throwing all four innings while allowing three hits and striking out one.
What about number #8 Adreanna Fitzgerald Boyden who hit a over the fence home run?..
