The Muskegon Catholic baseball team dominated both games of a non-league doubleheader against Newaygo on Tuesday.

The Crusaders took the first game 10-0 and the nightcap 15-0.

Nolan Convertini pitched the win in Game 1, allowing no runs and striking out five. Hai Nguyen had three hits, including two doubles, and two RBIs for MCC. Josh Huston and Riley St. Amour each added two hits.

In Game 2, pitcher Nate McKeown struck out two and grabbed the win. Nguyen led the charge offensively with three more hits, including a triple, and three RBIs. Devin Comes had a double and three RBIs and Bobby Ahem had two hits and two RBIs for the Crusaders.
