Bri Betz’ overtime goal with just over a minute remaining propelled the Oakridge girls soccer team to a 2-1 win over Shelby in a West Michigan Conference game on Tuesday.

The Eagles trailed 1-0 at halftime.

Oakridge finally tied the game 1-1 with a penalty kick goal from Lanessa Meyers with five minutes left in regulation.

The Eagles are now 4-1 on the season and 3-0 in WMC play.

Oakridge outshot the Tigers by a 14-1 margin.
