The Spring Lake boys lacrosse team fell short against West Ottawa 11-7 on Tuesday in a non-league game.
The game was tied 4-4 at halftime.
Dominik Molotky and Caleb Montgomery paced Spring Lake with two goals each while Colby Brown chipped in with a goal and an assist. Isiah Griswold and Alec Kieft contributed with a goal for the Lakers.
Spring Lake’s goalkeeper Brant Verlinde stopped 10 shots in net.
The Lakers are now 2-5 on the season and 0-2 in conference play.
