Ludington blanks Orchard View in a Lakes 8 girls soccer contest

Bethany Shay scored three goals to pace the Ludington girls soccer team over Orchard View 5-0 in a Lakes 8 Conference game on Monday.

The Orioles improved to 7-3 on the season and 2-1 in league play.

Olivia Sekenske and Courtney Edwards added a goal for Ludington.

Sekenske chipped in with two assists for the Orioles while Edwards and Caroline Cooney contributed with an assist.

Ludington’s goalkeepers Allison Janowiak and Melissa Morton combined for a shutout win in net.
