Reeths-Puffer blanks Grand Rapids Union in a girls soccer game, 8-0

The Reeths-Puffer girls soccer team blanked Grand Rapids Union 8-0 on Tuesday in an O-K Black Conference game.

The Rockets were paced by Karlee Hallberg and Morgan Szost with two goals each while Kendall Jones and Becca Bride each added a goal and an assist.

Jayme Brantsen and Mia Bekk chipped in with a goal for Reeths Puffer.

Mia Virag, Iris Herald, Lexi Bolles, Isabel Olsen and Abby Sykes each contributed with an assist for the Rockets.

Reeths-Puffer’s goalkeeper Elysia Mattos earned her 12th shutout of the season, stopping one shot.
