Hannah Evans and Emma Thompson propelled the Whitehall girls soccer team to the West Michigan Conference tournament finals on Monday.

Evans and Thompson each scored three goals to lead the Vikings past Oakridge 6-3 in a WMC semi-final contest.

The Vikings will face North Muskegon on Wednesday in the conference finals.

Kacy Jeffries added two assists for Whitehall while Kerrigan Semans and Meagan Bourdo each chipped in with an assist.

Whitehall, which led 3-0 at halftime, is now 12-5 on the season and 8-1 in league play.
