The Fruitport Trojans took home two wins Wednesday against OK-Black rivals Reeths Puffer and Mona Shores.

Fruitport swept Reeths Puffer in straight sets, 25-15, 25-17, 25-14, before defeating Mona Shores 25-17, 28-30, 25-21, 31-29 in a long and exciting match.

Rachel Paulsen led the Trojans with 25 kills while Kailey Carmean added 76 assists in the two matches. Defensively, Trinity Busscher had 25 digs.

Mona Shores went 1-1 on the night, losing to Fruitport and beating Kenowa HillsĀ 25-22, 25-15, 25-19.

Grace Hellman led the Sailors with 19 kills while Sasha Poland added 27 digs and three aces.

Mona Shores is now 10-6 overall and 1-1 in conference play, while Fruitport is 11-5 overall.
