The Grand Haven boys’ soccer team opened the season with an impressive 3-0 victory over Mona Shores on Friday.

The Bucs got on the board early in the game when Conner Lund was fouled in the box and then converted the penalty kick. Grand Haven tallied its second goal when Trevor Kalis scored off a Tavin Ardell corner kick.

The Bucs wrapped up the scoring with 3:46 left in the game when Noah VanOordt slipped a pass to Mason Mahacek, who found the net.
