The Muskegon Community College women’s soccer team dropped a 4-1 decision to Jackson Community College on Saturday at home.

Jackson took control by scoring twice in the first four minutes in the game. Both goals were scored by Bailey Malthaner.

Eimily Winicki scored her first career goal for MCC about 10 minutes into the game to make the score 2-1. Vivi Mireles, who missed all of last season with a torn ACL, got her first career assist on the tally.

Shania Fox and Kayla Beech sewed up the win for Jackson with two goals later in the contest.

The Jayhawks will visit Delta College on Wednesday.
